WICHITA — Wichita State University and a dormitory resident whose room is infested with bed bugs are at odds over who should pay an exterminator for a second round of treatments.

Freshman Londyn Bobbitt said she first found bed bugs in her Fairmount Towers dorm room back in November. The wingless bugs feed off human and animal blood, and she awoke with a rash from their bites, KAKE-TV reported.
